利用規約
依頼について

基本的にクライアントの社会的な信頼性に基づいてご依頼をお受けいたします。

価格は全て税込になります。
-
ご精算方法はPayPalになりますので、アカウントをお持ちでない場合は予め作成いただけますと幸いです。
-
報酬のお支払いは、納品日から60日以内の可能な限り早い日程でご対応をお願いいたします。
※2024年11月施行の「フリーランス保護新法」に基づき対応いたします。
◆ご依頼可能範囲

◆制作物におけるお約束事項（フリーランス保護新法準拠）

正当な理由もなく制作物の受け取り拒否をする行為はご遠慮ください。
-
正当な理由もなく一方的に報酬の減額する行為も違法となりますのでご遠慮ください。
-
購入・利用強制NG。参考資料等の提供という名目で何かを購入させる行為はご遠慮ください。
-
完成品受領後の不当なやり直し、大幅に修正が必要な注文内容の変更を無償でご注文いただく行為も禁止なります。
◆制作物につきまして
クレジット（制作者名：MILK-JAM 又は 八岐やくも）の記載をお願いいたします。
また実績紹介としてご依頼いただいた作品をポートフォリオなどで使用させていただく場合がありますので、何卒ご了承ください。
公開可能な時期が定められている場合は、その旨お申し付けください。その期間内は内容非公開をお約束いたします。
About Requests

Basically, we accept requests based on the client's social credibility.

I will be using PayPal as my method of payment, so if you do not have an account, I would appreciate it if you could create one beforehand.

Payment of compensation should be made within 60 days of the date of delivery, at the earliest possible date.

◆Contractual Commitments

Please refrain from refusing to accept a production without a valid reason.

Please refrain from unilaterally reducing compensation without just cause, as this is also illegal.

Please refrain from offering to purchase anything under the guise of providing reference materials, etc.

Unreasonable redoing of an order after receipt of the finished product, or ordering changes to an order that require major modifications at no charge, is also prohibited.
◆About my productions
Please include credits (creator name: MILK-JAM or Yakumo Yamatano).
Please understand that I may use your work in my portfolio or other media as an introduction to your achievements.
If there is a specific period of time during which the information can be made public, please let us know. We promise to keep the content private during that period.
